Where the Soul Speaks: A Guided Journey

Welcome! Join your host, Jodi, on a guided journey through an enchanted, tropical land filled with all kinds of magical twists and turns.

A jungle breeze, glowing fruit, and a path that feels strangely familiar. Then a clear sphere appears like an invitation, and suddenly you are descending beneath turquoise water toward a quiet community under the sea. This Mindful Monday guided journey is an immersive visualization designed to help you calm your nervous system, relax your mind, and connect deeper with your higher self.

We lead you through soothing nature sounds and grounded sensory details that make it easier to stay present, especially if your thoughts tend to race. As you move from jungle to ocean to a candlelit cave, the focus shifts from calming your nervous system to opening a doorway to inner wisdom. In a golden passage, you gently set down what you are ready to release, worry, regret, angst, or an old story you have been carrying, and you let it drift away without needing to name it.

At the center of the journey, you meet a glowing wall marked with abstract symbols and ask one clear question: “What do I need to know right now for my highest good?” The answer can arrive as words, an object, an animal, a person, a symbol, a light, or simply a felt sense of knowing. We then guide you back into your body with light breath work, a soft scan, and a grounded return so you can carry the revelation into your day or night.

If you enjoy mindfulness, higher self connection, and gentle self-compassion practices, press play and give yourself this moment. Please subscribe and share this with a friend who needs a reset. We hope that this content supports you on your journey, wherever you are. Lots of gratitude!
